MEXICAN DIP 
6-8 oz. American cheese
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt
3 tbsp. flour

Melt butter, mix in flour, add milk, cut up cheese.

Add rest of ingredients and let thicken.
