MBSF CHEESE DIP 
2/3 stick butter
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. ketchup
4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Melt butter. Add flour, spices and small amount of milk to dissolve spices. Add rest of milk. Add cheese. Cook until thick.

Recipe may be halved. This makes a large amount.
