BUTTERMILK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/3 c. cocoa
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix together then add 1 cup boiling water. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. 1 cake 10 cupcakes.
