WILD RICE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1/2 c. regular white rice
3 1/4 c. chicken stock
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
1 can French style green beans
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup

Mix rice together and cook in chicken stock following UNCLE BEN'S® directions. Mix together remaining ingredients and when rice is done, add to mixture; mix well. Place in large casserole dish or two small ones. Can freeze one and bake the other. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serves 10-12.
