CREAMY TURKEY OR CHICKEN 
1 (10 oz.) can creamed chicken soup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
3 c. cubed turkey
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
3 c. cooked rice

Blend and heat soup, egg and milk in saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients except rice and mix well. Heat and serve turkey mixture over hot rice. Serves 6.
