1 PAN MEAL "FEATURING" PORK
CHOPS
 
5 to 6 pork chops
4 to 5 potatoes, quartered
3 to 4 carrots, cut in 3 sections, then halved
1 med. onion, sliced, optional
2 jars pork gravy (or 2 pkts., prepare as directed)
Dashes of black pepper

Oven 350 degrees. In oblong baking dish, sear chops on both sides. Drain off excess juice. Add potatoes, carrots, and onions. Cover and bake for 35 minutes, gently stir. Fold in gravy and black pepper. Cover and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes or until gravy appears thickened and veggies are lightly browned. Recipe can be adjusted according to servings needed.
