CARRIE'S CROCK-POT SWISS STEAK 
2 pkgs. beef round steak (2 steaks per pkg.)
1 medium white onion, sliced into rings and cut into quarters
1 green bell pepper, sliced into rings and cut into quarters
1 (24 oz.) can garlic and herb pasta sauce (Hunts)
1 (15 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes (Hunts)
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic, parsley flakes, sugar and salt and pepper in a bowl. Place a little in the bottom of a Crock-Pot with half of the onions and green peppers. Cut steaks in half and remove any fat. Season with salt and pepper if you like. Place steaks into Crock-Pot and add the rest of onions and green peppers then pour the rest of the sauce on top.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy :)
