STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TRIFLE 
2 qts. fresh strawberries
4 tbsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tube size angel food cake

Slice 2 quarts of fresh strawberries thinly. Toss gently with 3 tablespoons sugar and let it sit while you fix the rest of the dessert.

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add sour cream, vanilla, and almond extracts to cream cheese mixture. Whip whipping cream with 1 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold into cream cheese mixture.

Tear 1 angel food cake (tube size) into small pieces and add to cream cheese mixture.

Layer together in large bowl starting with strawberries, then cream cheese mixture; strawberries, cream cheese, mixture and ending with strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap and chill well.
