STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TRIFLE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tbsp. sugar
2 qts. strawberries, sliced thin
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 angel food cake torn into bite size pieces
3 tbsp. almond extract

In a large bowl cream together cream cheese and sugar; add sour cream, vanilla and almond extract. Set aside.

In a small deep bowl, whip the cream, vanilla and sugar; fold whipping cream mixture into cream cheese mixture. Add cake pieces. Set aside.

Combine strawberries, sugar and almond extract together. Layer together in large glass bowl starting with strawberries, then add cake mixture. Continue layering finishing with strawberries. Chill well.
