CHOCOLATE SHORTBREAD 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter

Spray pie plate; preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium bowl stir dry ingredients. Cut in butter until it looks like crumbs, then use hands to squeeze into a ball. Press out to edges of pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Use spatula edge to gently press lines for wedges, then cool before removing. (This is a crispy, chewy, not very sweet cookie good with milk or hot tea.
