STEVIE'S MICROWAVE CARAMEL
POPCORN
 
6 qts. popped popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pop and measure the popcorn and place into brown paper bag. Mix and cook brown sugar, butter, white syrup and salt on high for 4 minutes. Add baking soda and continue cooking and stirring for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over the popcorn and shake.

Bake for 90 seconds - shake, 45 seconds - shake, 30 seconds, shake. Pour onto a cookie sheet and let cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
