HERSHEY BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 lg. can Hershey syrup
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased 15 x 10 pan.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil for 45 seconds. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat. Spread on brownies.
