FRIED GREEN TOMATOES 
medium size green tomatoes
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. Louisiana fish fry

Thinly slice tomatoes. Beat egg, salt and milk. Dip tomatoes slices in egg batter. Coat with fish fry. Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Note: Fry yellow squash the same way.
