1 pkg. Jello (any flavor) gelatin
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
8 c. popped popcorn
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Pop popcorn. Heat butter and syrup in saucepan over low heat. Stir granulated sugar and Jello. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

IMMEDIATELY pour mixture over popcorn, tossing to coat well. Spread popcorn on aluminum foil lined 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan, using 2 forks to spread evenly. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan and brake into small pieces.
