CHOCOLATE BANANA ICE CREAM 
1 c. apple juice concentrate
1 c. apple juice
3 tbsp. brown rice flour
1/2 c. carob powder
2 tbsp. tahini
2 tbsp. maple syrup
4 ripe bananas

Combine juice and concentrate in a saucepan. Blend in rice flour and carob powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour into blender or food processor and blend with remaining ingredients. Chill well and freeze. Remove from freezer and blend in food processor until smooth. Serves 8.
