CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter, softened
3 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
12 oz. bag chocolate chips (preferably mini chips)
Confectioners' sugar

In bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy. Beat eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour alternately with milk. Stir in chips. Pour into greased 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake 70-80 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Sprinkle with sugar. Serves 16.
