FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (#2) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (#2) can Royal Anne cherries, pitted and drained
3 lg. bananas
6 maraschino cherries

Heat juices together with 1/4 cup sugar and flour and cook until thick. Add the egg mixed with remaining 1/4 cup of sugar. Cool mixture. When cold add whipping cream, well drained fruit, mashed bananas and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Put in freezer until hard. Cut into squares and serve on crisp lettuce leaf. Garnish with whipped cream and cherries.
