HASH BROWN QUICHE 
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
diced ham, sausage or bacon
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)

Press potatoes into greased quiche dish to form crust. Pour butter over potatoes.

Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes. Fill crust with cheese and meat. Combine milk and eggs. Beat well and pour over cheese and meat.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife tip inserted in center comes out clean.
