HAM QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. cubed ham
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 c. cheese (1/2 Cheddar, 1/2 Swiss or Mozzarella)
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
4-6 oz. mushrooms

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. In medium bowl toss cheese with flour. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared shell. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 4.
