VALERIA'S FISH 
2 lb. fresh dolphin fish fillets
2 lemons
1/4 c. olive oil
2 soup spoons rosemary leaves
Salt
1 sliced onion

Clean the fish and add the lemon juice and salt. Put the sliced onions and the olive oil on the Pyrex and the fish fillets. Put the rosemary leaves on the top of the fish and bake it approximately 40 minutes in 400 degrees. Enjoy it!
