WORLD FAMOUS PHILADELPHIA ICE
CREAM
 
6 c. light cream
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 vanilla beans (3" size) split
12 lg. marshmallows

In top of double boiler, combine 3 cups cream, sugar and vanilla beans and marshmallows. Cook, stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Remove bean pods, scraping pulp and seeds into the cream. Cool. Add remaining 3 cups cream to the cooled mixture; mix well. Churn and freeze. Makes 1/2 gallon. NOTE: Use your imagination. Add fruits, nuts, flavorings for your own concoction.
