5 POUND FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can cream (Carnation)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
1 lg. & 1 sm. bag chocolate chips

Bring sugar and cream to slow boil. Turn heat to medium oil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add butter, chips and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour on large platter (well buttered). Let set all night.
