5 POUND FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. white sugar
1 tall can Carnation milk
1 lg. jar marshmallow cream
18 oz. chocolate chips
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts, your choice
1/3 c. butter

Chop nuts, set aside. Grease large pan, set aside. Mix sugar, butter and Carnation milk together in large heavy skillet. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, let boil about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in the remaining ingredients working quickly, Pour into the waiting pan and let cool.

A good big batch for holiday gift giving.
