IMPOSSIBLE PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/4 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle pecans in plate. Combine remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender on high or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
