4 LAYER CHOCOLATE HEAVEN 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix. Pat into 13 x 5 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Beat together and spread over 1st layer. Chill.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread over 2nd layer. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate until cold.
