Topping:

1 package lemon pie filling, made as directed on package and cooled
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped and folded into cooled lemon filling

Mold:

2 3 oz. packages orange gelatin
3 cups hot water
1 cup frozen orange juice
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained well

Mix together and pour into an 11 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch glass pan. When set, spoon whipped cream mixture over this and top with grated yellow cheese.
