1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 german chocolate cake mix
1 box 10 x sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter

Prepare cake mix. Put pecans and coconut in bottom of greased pan. Pour cake batter over nuts and coconut. Mix sugar, cream cheese and butter. Spoon over cake mix.

Bake at 325°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
