TORTILLA CRISPS 
6 tortilla shells
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Cut tortilla shells into strips. Deep fry strips in 1 - 1 1/2 inches vegetable oil. Remove from oil while still white to light brown. Drain on paper towels. Dust with sugar/cinnamon mixture.
