TOMATO ASPIC 
1 c. hot water (microwave for 3 minutes)
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
1 c. ice cold water (from refrigerator)
1 (8 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 sm. can tomato juice
Dash Worcestershire sauce

1. Mix Jello into boiling water until completely dissolved (stir 1-2 minutes).

2. Add ice water and stir.

3. Add V-8 juice - stir.

4. Add tomato juice - stir.

5. Add dash of Worcestershire sauce.

6. Pour into bowl or mold.

7. Place in refrigerator until set (at least 2 hours).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
