RHUBARB STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. rhubarb, diced
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix sugar, butter, milk, salt, flour and baking powder and spread in deep 10 x 13 inch pan. Place 4 cups rhubarb on top of batter. Sprinkle Jello powder over the rhubarb. Combine flour, sugar and butter and sprinkle this streusel mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
