QUICK CHILI RICE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. minute rice
1/2 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat with onion, salt, pepper, drain. Add chili powder, green bell pepper, tomato sauce, water and rice. Simmer until rice is done. Add cheese on top. Simmer until melted.
