MEXICAN MEATBALL SOUP 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. of comino
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. rice
2 eggs
1 can of whole tomatoes

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Make small size meatballs. Put water in a medium size saucepan and boil. Then add meatballs to boiling water for a 1/2 hour and then add cilantro and a few potatoes cut up. Boil for another hour, add 1 can of tomato sauce for color.
