BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. All Bran cereal
2 c. hot water
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
4 c. Bran Buds
1 c. raisins
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Pour hot water over All Bran cereal; set aside. Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add buttermilk, Bran Buds, raisins; let sit overnight. Add flour, baking soda, salt. Bake at 350 degrees, 18 to 20 minutes. Makes about 60 muffins.
