APPLE MUSTARD GLAZE 
11 oz. jar apple jelly
1/3 c. dry white wine
3 tbsp. minced green onions
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. cracked pepper

In 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook jelly, wine, green onions, mustard, salt, curry powder, and pepper. Cook 5 minutes to melt jelly and blend flavors. Serves 10.
