SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
4-6 slices French bread, broken into sm. pieces

Thaw and drain spinach. In blender puree spinach, egg, soup and garlic powder. In casserole dish line bottom of pan with bread. Pour spinach mixture over and top with Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
