2 pieces round steak
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. onions
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

Bring this to boil then simmer 5 minutes. Pour over steak while hot and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
