BANANA SPLIT BREAKFAST 
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 banana
1 tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
1 tbsp. raisins (optional)
1 tbsp. nuts (optional)
1 tbsp. coconut (optional)
2 tsp. yogurt
2 strawberries or blueberries

With an ice cream scoop, make 2 balls of cottage cheese and put into a dish. Peel banana and slice it lengthwise. Put half on each side of dish. Sprinkle all or any of the optional ingredients on top. Put 1 teaspoon of yogurt on each ball. Top each ball with a fresh strawberry or blueberry. Serves 1.
