FLOUR TORTILLAS | |
2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising) 3/4 c. shortening 1 c. warm water Work shortening into flour real well. Then add water. Form into balls. Makes about 20; set aside then roll out tortillas. In large ungreased iron skillet, place tortillas and cook until almost light brown, then turn over and cook the other side until almost light brown. |
