TURKEY STRATA 
4-5 c. herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
1 c. (4 oz.) chopped cooked turkey or chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 eggs
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Sprinkle 2 cups stuffing cubes over bottom of greased 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle turkey, celery and onion over cubes. Top with remaining cubes. In large mixing bowl beat eggs and blend in soup, milk and poultry seasoning. Pour over stuffed mixture in dish. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown, 50-60 minutes. Serves 6.
