CHICKEN CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
4 c. crumbled cornbread
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

Combine all ingredients. Spread chicken over cornbread layer. Combine soup and chicken broth, pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
