HAM (OR CHICKEN) CORNBREAD
CASSEROLE
 
Mix 1 Jiffy cornbread mix and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake.

Saute 1 cup onions in 1 stick butter.

Then add:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 oz. can green mild chopped chiles

Add chicken or ham (chopped). Pour sauce over baked cornbread and cover with shredded cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes in 325 degree oven.
