MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
2 banana peppers, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients and cheese. Pour 1/2 cheese on 1/2 mixture. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
