FRUIT FENCE TORTE 
1 packet Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
6 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 pts. whipping cream
1 qt. fruit pulp (fresh preferred)
1/2 c. boiling water
Lady fingers

Dissolve 1 packet gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water (do not stir). Beat egg whites and cup of sugar. Beat cream and add to egg whites. Add fruit pulp. Add 1/2 cup boiling water to gelatin; add to egg whites, cream, and fruit mixture. Line spring-form pan with lady fingers. Add other ingredients. Let stand 24 hours. Top with whipped cream and serve.
