BROCCOLI SALAD 
8 cups broccoli flowerette
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cider vinegar

Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towel. Crumble and set aside.

In large bowl combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds and red onion. Set aside.

In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar until blended. Pour over broccoli, then toss to coat. Sprinkle bacon over top and toss. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or over night. Stir once or twice.
