1 bunch broccoli, washed and cut
1 onion, chopped fine
1 pkg. bacon (crisp), crumbled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1/8 c. sunflower seeds

Place broccoli in large plastic bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar until smooth and creamy. Pour over broccoli. Add onions, bacon and cheese. Cover bowl with lid and shake until all mixed. Top with sunflower seeds.
