CRAB AND SHRIMP BAKE 
1 c. regular rice, cooked
4 tsp. butter
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. pepper
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can crab meat, drained and flaked
1 can shrimp
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss rice with butter; saute onions and green pepper.

Combine onion and green pepper, milk, tomato juice, mayonnaise, crabmeat, shrimp, almonds with rice. Mix lightly.

Turn into greased casserole top with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
