STROMBOLI 
DOUGH:

1 1/3 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. oil
4 c. flour

FILLING:

12 slices American cheese
12 slices boiled ham
12 slices soft American salomi
1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Mustard

Mix all Dough ingredients, except flour, then add flour slowly and knead. Divide into 3 parts; brush with oil and cover until ready to use. Crumble and brown sausage and drain (if in skins squeeze out before browning). Roll out dough to form rectangle - lay out 4 slices of cheese, 4 of salomi, and 4 of ham; spread with mustard. Add 1/3 of sausage, the 1/3 of cheese; fold up sides, then seal ends. Brush with butter; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano. 15 minutes at 500 degrees (makes 3).

Note: Serve with hot spaghetti sauce on the side. Also can add broccoli, mushrooms, onions, etc. to filling.
