HERB STUFFING 
2 c. dry bread cubes (toast bread lightly before cubing)
1 tsp. finely chopped onions
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. hot water or 1 egg

Mix bread cubes with seasoning. Add butter and hot water or egg and toss lightly. Serve with Royal Chicken Breasts, recipe below.
