HERB STUFFING 
2 eggs
12 c. bread cubes
1/3 c. snipped parsley
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. rosemary
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. turkey broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. mushrooms

Combine all ingredients except broth. Cut giblets up and use broth from giblets. Mix well then stuff.
