1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Heat on stove or in microwave until chips are melted. Combine in large bowl: 1 c. chopped pecans

Pour in chocolate, mix and pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Chill. Break or cut into pieces.
